Deposit & Final Payment

To add your project to our production schedule a 60% non-refundable deposit is required. Any remaining balance, including all additional fees, such as shipping, crating, storage, must be paid in full prior to shipment, delivery, or customer pick-up, with no exceptions.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made via money transfer, bank draft, or credit card.

Lead Time

Lead times are an estimate only and are not binding.

Quoted lead times will not begin until deposit is received and all project details are finalized and agreed upon by all parties.

Lead times are subject to change due to confirmation of project details, requested changes, availability of materials, finishing, injury, current production schedules, and delivery circumstances.

KERFWORK will make all efforts to adhere to quoted lead times. You will be informed should lead times change for any reason.

Quotes are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated.

KERFWORK products are made to order. As such all sales are non-refundable.

Product Warranty

KERFWORK strives to produce goods of the highest quality, designed to last years. Our work is guaranteed for one year against mechanical or structural failures. Damage due to misuse or “wear and tear” is not included in our product warranty. Should any issue arise please contact Brendan@Kerfwork.com with all relevant details and clear pictures of the damage.
