    • Browse our collection and select the piece you would like to order.

    • Check the materials page and pick the wood species and the finish you like best.

    • Using the contact form select your piece from the dropdown menu. Include information on wood species, finish, and any customizations in the message box. Alternatively, you can email us at enquiry@kerfwork.com with the particulars of your order.

    • You should hear back from us within 1-2 business days, when we can begin working through the details of your order.

    • Once all details have been agreed upon and the deposit has been paid, your piece will be added to the production schedule.

    • Upon completion of your piece you will be required to pay the remainder of your balance prior to shipment, delivery, or customer pick-up.

    • When your new piece arrives, we recommend a thorough inspection. Contact Kerfwork within 48 hours to report any damages. For more information please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

    • Kerfwork is a made-to-order furniture manufacturer. We do not carry stock of any products. Each piece requires a lead time which is dependant on the current production schedule. Once the lead time is agreed upon your order can be placed.

    • Yes. Existing and bespoke pieces require a 60% non-refundable deposit before being added to the production schedule.

    • Any remaining balance, including all additional fees, such as shipping, crating, storage, must be paid in full prior to shipment, delivery, or customer pick-up, with no exceptions.

    • Since all our work is made-to-order we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Orders may be cancelled prior to production.

  • We accept money transfers, bank draft, Visa, and Mastercard.

    • Yes. Crating, shipping and delivery is available for local, national, and international destinations. Please see our shipping section for details.

    • Discounts are available on bulk orders of two or more of the same item.

    • Set discounts are also available.

    • Yes. We offer a Trade Discount to interior designers, architects, and hospitality purchasers.
